At Grandbajar (APNADUKA PRIVATE LIMITED), we value your trust and strive to provide a reliable shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
For pre-orders: Once the seller has accepted the order and begun processing, cancellation will be restricted and cannot be requested before shipping starts.
In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to:
- Out-of-stock items
- Operational/logistical issues
- Seller unavailability
Grandbajar reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Refunds for cancelled orders initiated by Grandbajar will be processed within 5–8 working days.
2. Non-Refundable Products
All products sold on Grandbajar are non-refundable once delivered, except under the conditions listed below. Refunds will not be granted for:
- Taste preference (since taste differs person to person and regionally)
- Color, size, or design mismatch (customers must check details before ordering)
- Slight variations in product images (as images may be indicative only)
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only if:
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product is defective, broken, expired, or unsafe
- Product received is significantly different from the listed description
- For food & consumables: refund is allowed only if the item is damaged, spoiled, expired, or unsafe for consumption
- Refunds will not be allowed for taste-based complaints
4. Complaint Timeline
Customers must raise complaints within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints raised after this time will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
5. Refund Processing
If a complaint is approved after verification, refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–8 working days. If product return is required, pickup will be arranged by Grandbajar’s delivery partner.
Note: Delivery charges and platform service charges are strictly non-refundable.
6. Dispute & Investigation Timelines
In cases where a complaint requires further investigation (e.g., product authenticity, seller misconduct), settlement may take 15–20 working days. Grandbajar will update the customer regarding the progress of the complaint.
7. Seller Liability
Refunds for eligible cases will be deducted from the seller’s payout. Sellers failing to comply with packaging/quality rules may face penalties, payout hold, or suspension.
8. Final Decision
The decision of Grandbajar (APNADUKA PRIVATE LIMITED) in complaint investigations shall be final and binding.
