1. Shipping Coverage
- Grandbajar delivers to selected serviceable locations only
- Availability of delivery depends on pincode serviceability and may vary from time to time
2. Delivery Timelines
Orders are generally delivered within the estimated delivery time shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Product type (perishables, groceries, FMCG, etc.)
- Seller location
- Delivery partner availability
- Local restrictions, weather, or unforeseen delays
Grandbajar does not guarantee exact delivery times, but every effort will be made to deliver on or before the committed timeline.
3. Shipping & Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment
- Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including returns, cancellations, or failed deliveries
4. Delivery Attempt Rules
- Delivery will be attempted at the address provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order
- Customers must ensure they are available to receive the order at the given address and time
- If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Locked premises
- Unreachable customer
- Safe Drop Policy: Items cannot be dropped at doorsteps, with neighbors, or in unsecured locations. Exception: If the customer has explicitly selected the “Safe Drop” option at checkout, delivery partners may leave the package at the designated spot under customer’s responsibility. Grandbajar will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery in Safe Drop cases.
5. Restricted Items & Handling
- Sellers must comply with packaging guidelines to ensure items are safe for transit
- Fragile, liquid, or perishable items must be packed securely by the Seller
- Grandbajar reserves the right to refuse shipment of any product that violates safety, packaging, or compliance standards
6. Delays & Exceptions
- Grandbajar shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural calamities
- Traffic disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or uncontrollable events
- Customers will be notified of any unexpected delays via SMS, email, or app notification
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipping details (address, phone number, landmark)
- Be available to accept delivery during the expected window
- Inspect the package at the time of delivery and raise complaints within 24 hours if any issue is found
- Grandbajar is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete addresses
8. Non-Delivery & Failed Delivery Policy
- If the customer refuses to accept the order without valid reason, the order will be marked as Completed and no refund will be processed
- Repeated instances of delivery rejection or fake orders may lead to account suspension
9. Final Decision
In all shipping and delivery-related disputes, the decision of Grandbajar (APNADUKA PRIVATE LIMITED) shall be final and binding.
